Try putting our nougat in the freezer, freeze it and then enjoy it while still cold. The low temperature enhances all the flavors of honey and dried fruit. The cold dampens the purely sugary tones and the taste and aroma of the essences, contained in honey and dried fruit, are released into your mouth.
