Pork Tenderloin is a prized and unique product typical of Sardinia. Made from the finest cut of the adult pig, it is seasoned and cured for 20 days to achieve the perfect balance between sweet and slightly peppery flavor. It comes in pieces weighing approximately 300g each, but the whole piece can weigh up to 600g. A true delight for the most discerning palates and lovers of Sardinian tradition and a natural, lactose-free product.
