Pork Fillet is a prized and unique product typical of Sardinia. Made with the most prized part of the adult pig, it is flavoured and aged for 20 days to achieve the perfect balance between sweet and slightly peppery flavour. It comes in slices of about 300g each, but the whole part can weigh up to 600g. An authentic delight for the most demanding palates and lovers of Sardinian tradition and a natural and lactose-free product.
