 Pecorino Sardo Maturo DOP is the prince of classic mature pecorino cheeses from Sardinia.
 Product Properties:
 Pecorino Sardo Maturo DOP is created in compliance with the official specifications. It's a versatile cheese, an excellent accompaniment to jams and sauces, especially spicy ones.
 Pecorino with a strong, pleasantly spicy flavour and a slightly straw-coloured, compact, white paste with moderate holes.
 Aged for approximately 7 months in rooms with a controlled temperature of 10/11°C and 83/85% humidity.


 Ingredients: Pasteurized Sardinian sheep's milk , rennet, salt, and lactic ferments.
