Cixerri Mature Pecorino Cheese is a typical high quality Sardinian food product which is characterized by its raw, white and slightly streaked texture. With a tasty and slightly spicy flavour, it is perfect to be served as the protagonist of a platter or as the final treat of a meal. It is advisable to use the cheese at room temperature, after letting it oxygenate for at least 30 minutes. The average maturation of 6 months translates into a product with an intense flavor and high quality.
