Aged Pecorino del Cixerri is a traditional, high-quality Sardinian product characterized by its raw, white, slightly holey texture. With a savory and slightly spicy flavor, it's perfect as a centerpiece on a platter or as a final treat at a meal. It's best to serve the cheese at room temperature, after letting it air out for at least 30 minutes. The average aging period of 6 months results in a product with an intense flavor and exceptional quality.
