Pecorino cream is an excellent sauce for a delicious, creamy pasta dish. Ideal for those with limited time in the kitchen, it's also excellent on meat. This cream also lends itself perfectly to a filling , such as for delicious homemade ravioli.
Since it is a fairly full-bodied cream , it can be served in a bowl with pistoccu bread as an appetizer or snack, or used as a simple spread on sheets of carasau bread.
Finally, if you're a spice lover , you can further enrich your sauce by adding a few teaspoons of sweet paprika or chili pepper . Aromatic herbs paired with pecorino will make your dishes even more vibrant.
