 Sardinian Spiny Artichokes are prepared by carefully selecting the most tender parts of the artichoke and preserved in oil, and are among the most popular oil-preserved products among Sardinians and non-Sardinians alike.
 After being removed from the toughest leaves through a rigorously hand-cleaned process, they are preserved in the most natural way possible, allowing even the most refined palates to savor the delicious quality of our artichokes.


 Firm and tasty, with a distinctive flavour, they are excellent both as an appetizer and as an aperitif.
 Excellent for enhancing and seasoning cold pasta dishes, rice salads, pizzas and focaccias.
