 For our oil preserves, we select only the smallest and tastiest broad beans and preserve them in a light marinade in oil that enhances the sweetness of this delicious legume.

 Tender and with a delicate flavor, they are a perfect accompaniment to red meats and are excellent eaten with fresh bread.
