Tirikas with honey or sapa are Sardinian sweets, delicious traditional Sardinian sweets, also known as “tiricche” or “cozzuli”. In the tradition of northern Sardinia, tirikas accompanied celebrations. They are made with a thin sheet of semolina that closes in a ring on a thick cream of honey or sapa.
