  • How can I correct an incorrect address?

  • I chose offline payment, what should I do? "
    If you have chosen this option without specifying any other information, the payment will be collected in cash upon delivery. Failure to collect an order, due to the perishable nature of the goods, will be an economic damage, for this reason we will reserve the right to request full compensation for the order according to the articles of law in force. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, you will need to specify it in a note or by contacting us. After receiving the payment, the goods will be immediately prepared for shipment.
  • I have changed my mind and want to cancel an order.
    No problem. Contact us before receiving shipping confirmation and your order will be canceled. In the event that the goods have been shipped, it is not possible to do so. According to article 59 of the law that protects the consumer, it is not possible to return goods subject to perishable conditions as in our case. The return of goods is therefore not accepted for obvious health reasons.
  • Can I order by phone?
    Of course. Once your order has been received by phone or whatsApp, we will send you the total amount to pay including shipping costs and payment instructions, all in writing.
  • Can I ask for a product not present in the store?
    Yes. We are at your disposal and we are happy, whenever possible, to satisfy your wishes.
  • Where are the weights and prices of the products indicated?

In any case, we work every day to improve the reading of all the information you find on the site, we appreciate all your reports when an error or an anomaly is noticed.

  • If i receive a damaged package what should i do?

    According to the season and the goods purchased, "Bontà della Sardegna" reserves the right to choose the most suitable packaging. Almost all of the products are vacuum-packed or packaged in ATM To keep the products at a suitable temperature we can choose between polystyrene boxes, isothermal bubble wrap and a suitable quantity of refrigerating elements. In the choice of products we are very attentive to environmental sustainability, which is why we prefer to use packaging that respects the environment. In some cases we also use cardboard boxes already used for other shipments. Recycling is good for the whole food chain and for the planet earth that we will bequeath to future generations.
