Serosa was born from the encounter between Umberto Trombelli and our historic Pimentel vineyards.
This Monica di Sardegna red wine, produced by our winemaker and available in a limited edition and numbered bottles, features a selection of the finest Monica grapes from vineyards over 70 years old.
A wine with a pale red color and faint garnet reflections, hints of red fruits balanced by spicy balsamic notes, it has an elegant taste, with velvety tannins and final notes of vanilla and coconut.
The harvest takes place in crates, and the grapes are finely selected and gently pressed.
It ages for 12 months in tonneaux and another 6 months in bottle.
The bottle sports an unusual label design, with bright, fluid colors and a handwritten number on the back.
The symbol means vigorous and comes directly from the Domus de Janas Corongiu of Pimentel, dating back to 3200-2800 BC.

- If I order on Monday , the order will be shipped on Tuesday if the products are available, otherwise the following Monday.
- If I order on Tuesday , the order will be shipped on Tuesday if the products are available, otherwise the following Monday.
These instructions are general; during the winter months, if the product is available or non-perishable, the order will be shipped as quickly as possible.

È stato questa estate mio figlio in Sardegna, e mi ha portato in regalo tra le varie cose un bottiglia di Serosa. Eccezionale. Non è un vino facile da trovare, finché mi sono imbattuto in bontà dalla Sardegna. Visto ordinato (stesso prezzo che comprarlo in loco) e arrivato perfetto.
