Vino molto particolare e piacevole
Vermentino stranamente molto profumato ed aromatico. Piacevolissimo al palato ed ottimo soprattutto da gustare anche senza abbinamento ai cibi. Da bersi molto fresco e azzeccatissimo per abbinamento a crostacei/molluschi. Non adatto a chi non gradisce vini profumati.
