Vino quotidiano d'eccellenza
Questo Cannonau di Sardegna Doc, del 2021, 14,5%, è un piccolo gioiello. Difficile trovare un vino quotidiano, di buona beva, con tale stoffa ed equilibrio: esibisce finezza, buona lunghezza, tannini stuzzicanti. Profumi prevalenti di frutti rossi e liquirizia. E una pulizia ineccepibile. Chapeau!
