This orange compote is delicious and authentic because it's made with the finest Sardinian oranges. The flavor is dominated by a sweet note typical of the blond orange variety. The peel imparts a fresh aroma and flavor; it's perfect for breakfast or as a snack, or to enhance delicious chocolate cakes.
