 Sardinian Spiny Artichokes are prepared by carefully selecting the most tender parts of the artichoke and preserved in oil, and are among the most popular preserves among Sardinians and non-Sardinians alike.
 After being removed from the toughest leaves through a rigorously hand-cleaned process, they are preserved in the most natural way possible, allowing even the most refined palates to savor the delicious quality of our artichokes.

 We offer a delicate artichoke cream soup reminiscent of the fresh, sweet flavor of the spiny artichoke. Ideal on toasted bread, it's also perfect for creating delicious canapés for an aperitif, as a condiment for pasta, or as a meat-based main course.
