BITTER 150

Amaro 150 is the result of a taste study that captured our idea of a "bitter taste." It's made by infusing a variety of roots first in wine and then in alcohol, after which a mixture of water, honey, and sugar is added. The aroma and flavor reveal a bitter note, blended with a pleasant sensation of freshness.
We gave it the name “ Amaro 150 ” because a total of 150 days (about 5 months) are needed before we can bottle and therefore taste our product.
