The sausage or salcìccia is pork meat, minced, salted, flavored and stuffed into small-diameter casings which are tied and divided to form a series of small drums.


Traditionally shaped sausage, weighing approximately 400g, with a caliber from 40 to 43 millimeters and with a low percentage of fat, faithfully reportsthe ancient Campidanese recipe, preserving the typical taste of the local gastronomy.

 

Ingredients: pork, salt, skimmed milk powder, spices, natural flavors, lactose.
