Vernaccia wine vinegar is produced exclusively using Vernaccia wine from the Tirso Valley (Oristano-Sardinia)
It stands out for the aroma of the raw material from which it comes, its intense and strong smell and its amber color.
The product is aged for over 5 years in special barrels so as to refine the product and make it unique and unforgettable. Typical Sardinian product.
Total acidity is 7.5%
