Signed by Pier Giacomo Saddi - "Knife Sardinia"
 This is a typical Sardinian knife with a 9-centimeter blade made of KLEINOX 4034 martensitic stainless steel, temperable with reduced sulfur content. The Arburesa model features a polished ram horn handle with rustic details, a stainless steel collar with typical Sardinian decoration, and brass rivets. The knife offered is the traditional "scano" knife from the Sardinian Barbagia region. Total length approximately 20 centimeters.



 
 Each knife is a unique piece, the colors of the handle change for each knife based on the horn and its natural color and grain .
