What are they?

Ingredients:
For pasta:
800 g of flour
7 yolks
3 large whole eggs
50 g of sugar
50 g of lard
120 g of sugar water
the grated zest of 1 lemon
For the almond paste:
500 g of almonds
500 g of sugar
250ml of water
1 vanillin
the grated lemon zest
1 tablespoon of orange blossom water
Witch liqueur
For the icing:

200 g of icing sugar
lemon juice to taste
To decorate:
Sugar flowers, leaves
